Hot Cocoa Cookie

A cookie should always taste as good as it looks and this one is no exception. The base of this cookie is a semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie and the top has a melted and beautifully toasted marshmallow that balances with the richness of the chocolate on chocolate cookie.
